be happy in everything you do. this is very helpful. if you're happy you're giving love to your dream

if you have munchy mouth, simply switch chocolate bars or potato chips to fruits. Some fruits like orange, apple, and grape are munchy-delicioso. No guilt!
3. breakfast
you'll loss your weight easier when your metabolism works fast. and breakfast makes it do the right way. never skip breakfast!

be active during the day. join a yoga club or dance club. they'll make you sexy in no time!

when you start losing weight, people will comment or complain you. don't let them stop you :)
